QAre you insured?
Generally, our service area is in Syracuse, New York and its surrounding suburbs. However we do venture outside this area for specific jobs and for lawn mowing an acre or more sized land. Currently our snow removal service is limited to the city of Syracuse, south of I-690. Contact us for specific job requests.
QWhat's your service area?
If you were quoted a lower price, feel free to share it with us and we’ll see if we can match it. It’s very important to compare apples to apples. There are different specifications that can affect how something is quoted. Since quality is included in every job we deliver, our prices are very good.
QDo you price match?
You can pay by check, cash, credit card or money order. There’s a returned check fee of $30. Failure to pay will result in an account suspension and possible late fees. We offer invoice and monthly billing options. Depending on the service, payment is typically due within 5 – 7 days upon completion of a job or you can be set up on a payment plan. For jobs with material costs, a partial upfront payment may be required.
QWhat forms of payment do you accept?
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. That is why we offer corrective action. Upon completion of a job, you have 10 days to notify us of something that needs our attention. We will then look into the issue and take steps to correct if there is something actionable to do. If not or if you are still not satisfied, possible remedies up to and including a full refund will be discussed on a case by case basis.
QWhat's your refund policy?
You can contact us either at firstname.lastname@example.org, through a portal on our Website, or call us at 315-876-4366 Mon – Fri 9AM – 7PM. Turnaround time generally is within 24 hours but in some cases we can respond immediately over the phone.
